these are my pants. is a very theatrical piece of music that utilizes a combination of visual and auditory elements, extended techniques on piano, and many more exciting oddities. these are my pants. sets out to tell the story of a crazed lunatic who wears all white. He has clearly lost his mind several years ago, and he poorly pronounces everything he says. There are many things that happen that have deeper meanings to them, and many things that exist purely for the sake of confusion. The deeper meanings of everything is left up to interpretation, and that is by design. If people have different interpretations of this piece, that means this piece is doing its job right. I have my own unique interpretation of these are my pants., and so should every member of the audience.
