I Fucking Love Cheese Like Holy Shit It's So Good is a piece I wrote in February 2022 that I wrote primarily using notes from the blues scale because I haven’t done that much back then. It is a strange mix of orchestra/jazz/electronic music with orchestral instrumentation, a jazzy feel, and variety of synths. This piece’s title originates from me looking at a photo of me wearing my accordion with a block of cheese on my head, and I thought “Wow, I really do love cheese, huh?” and the rest was history.
