A Bowl of Noodles With an Unholy Amount of Spray Butter Dumped Into It is a piece that was created because I didn’t sink my toes too deep into jazz, so I wanted to write a jazz piece. Despite this being a jazz piece, it utilizes certain elements not found in standard music of the same genre, most notably its use of the accordion and orchestral instrumentation. This piece was written in late November 2022, right before I officially joined a jazz band for the first time.
